Items that are a manufacturer defect must be reported with three days of receipt for a replacement (if the item is still available in our inventory) or credit.
Our policy lasts 3 Days ONLY. If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and please include a picture of the defected item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was sent in.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Queen Buck Items, Hostess Rewards, Giveaways, or Gift Cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not issue refunds only credits. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your account or a code will be emailed to you.
